Cancellation/No Show Policy

Thank you for trusting Chambersburg Acupuncture, LLC to be a part of your health care team. When you schedule an appointment with Chambersburg Acupuncture, LLC we set aside time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact the office as soon as possible, and no later that 24 hours prior to you scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:

Effective September 1st, 2018 any established patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice, more than three (3) times will be considered a No Show and be charged a $50.00 fee for each missed appointment there after.

Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.

Any new patient who fails to arrive for their initial visit will have to provide an $80.00 deposit in order to reschedule. The deposit will be credited to the cost of the treatment when the patient arrives. If the new patient misses another initial visit, the $80.00 will not be refunded and that patient will not be able to schedule any further treatments.

We recognize that circumstances arise which may inhibit patients to give adequate notice of a missed appointment, which is why three (3) strikes are given. If after three missed appointments an emergency arrives that prevents you from making your appointment the fee may be waived at the Practitioner/Owner’s judgment.
